The 10,000th share opens the pool in the same transaction — 8,000 USDT + 400B 币安全, LP burned to the dead address.

Transfers unlock at opening. Buys pay 1.25%; sells pay 1% burned forever + 1.25% to the Mint contract (treasury-bound).
Mint shares
The contract reverts if the actual cost exceeds max cost (OverMaxCost).
Genesis price is flat at 1 USDT/share, so max cost equals the quoted cost during Genesis.
Invite & earn quota
Share your invite link. When an Agent ID you referred makes its first-ever paid mint, your mint quota grows by +1 share (on top of the base 10). The bonus is granted automatically by the contract — no claims, no points.
Sale ended — refunds open
The 7-day deadline passed before 10,000 shares were sold, so the Genesis sale has failed
(saleFailed() is true). You can reclaim the parked 80% of what you paid:
0.80 USDT per share. The 20% treasury portion is not refundable — see the terms below.
Claiming a refund returns that many shares' 币安全 (50,000,000 per share) to the Mint contract to be burned, and pays out 0.80 USDT per share. This requires a one-time 币安全 approval for the Mint contract. Refunds do not restore mint quota.
Important: refunds are claimed from the wallet that holds both your Agent ID and your 币安全. If you transfer your Agent ID to another wallet before claiming, neither wallet can complete a refund — do not move your Agent ID until you have claimed.
Sale terms — read before you mint
- What you buy: 1 share = 1 USDT = 50,000,000 币安全 credited to you, plus 40,000,000 币安全 per share minted into the pool reserve. Genesis supply is 10,000 shares.
- Where your money goes: of every 1 USDT, 0.80 USDT stays in the Mint contract to fund the opening pool, and 0.20 USDT (20%) goes to the project treasury (a 2-of-2 Safe multisig) at the moment you mint.
- Deadline: the sale runs for 7 days from the moment it opens.
- If the sale does not sell out: if fewer than 10,000 shares are sold when the deadline passes, the sale fails and every share can be refunded at 0.80 USDT per share — the full amount held in the contract.
- What is NOT refundable: the 20% treasury portion (0.20 USDT per share) is never refundable, in any scenario. If the sale fails, you lose 0.20 USDT per share you minted. Mint only what you accept on these terms.
- Refunds and your Agent ID: a refund must be claimed from the wallet that holds both your Agent ID and your 币安全. If you transfer your Agent ID away before claiming, the refund for those shares can no longer be claimed by anyone — keep your Agent ID in the minting wallet until the sale resolves.
- Trading lock: 币安全 cannot be transferred or traded until the pool opens. The pool opens automatically in the same transaction that sells the 10,000th share.
- Liquidity: at opening, 8,000 USDT + 400,000,000,000 币安全 enter the official PancakeSwap V2 pair and all LP tokens are minted to the dead address (0x0000…dEaD) — they cannot be withdrawn by anyone, including the team.
- Taxes after opening: buys pay 1.25% (to the Mint contract, treasury-bound); sells pay 2.25% total — 1% burned forever, 1.25% to the Mint contract. Selling into the official pair therefore delivers 97.75% of the sold amount to the pool.
- Eligibility: minting requires a Binance Agent ID (SPACE ID registrar). One wallet = one Agent ID; base quota is 10 shares per ID for the whole sale, plus any referral or future social-task bonuses.
- No promises: 币安全 is a meme-class token. The opening price equals the Genesis cost price (0.80 USDT per 40,000,000 币安全 in the pool); any later price is set by the market alone. Nothing on this page is financial advice.
